My possible computer build, suggestions?

Generally, it looks ok to me. You may want to boost the memory if planning to run 64bit OS. Or, consider running a pair of drives in Raid0 for faster disk speeds, and throw in a third drive for image backups of the raid0 disk (in case one fails). If that board does not support raid0, maybe consider checking other versions of that board...
