Guys ONLY What can you make of this, Why has he not call or text..i feel so used.?

it does not sound as if he is really interested --- besides a text that says "hey" is nothing --- its not even a contact --- and "hey sweetie" is just as bad ---- say something ---- but sorry if he was interested he would be talking to you ---- he is not a teenager so he should be able to carry on a conversation --- best wishes to you
