I think my neighbors might be involved in drug cartels?

We have lived in a nice decent neighborhood of new houses for about two years now. One of the houses next to us was for sale and then someone bought it. It was a really weird family, probably like 7 people living in the same house. They came from California and they didn't seem too decent. Like one morning they were selling quilts outside their garage. They were never there and when school started they left and disappeared. One day a few men came and took a lot of the stuff that was in the house (which they didn't even bring any furniture) and put up a "for rent" sign. Then a few weeks later a family that looked like they had more money bought the house and moved in. So you see I live in El Paso, Texas and right now our neighbor city Cd Juarez, Mexico is having lots of cartel attack and drug wars. Some of the cartel leaders might live here or in some other parts of the U.S. I was thinking that this new family that moved in maybe about half a year ago has something to do with the other family that was barely there. So to make the story shorter, yesterday there was a lot of movement in the house and a big truck came and brought some packages that looked quite a bit like those drug packages. They where big, white and wrapped in plastic. Now today at about 1 or 2 they left the house, all the cars are gone and there isn't any signs of anyone. I don't really want to call the DEA because i'm afraid they will do something to us or what if they aren't involved in that drug stuff. What should I do?
