Dull pain and popping in my opposite knee after acl reconstruction?

So its 7 and a half weeks after a cadaver surgery and im expieriencing some pain in my left knee, I was opperated on the right knee and since then have felt amazing. But lately my left knee has had a stressful pain on it and I even noticed that when I bring my heel to my almost EVERY time I get a popping noise, none of the popping is painfull but Im a little worried because I havnt had problems with this knee at all.. I'v been at home on the couch alot playing xbox not sure if that matters or not but I have spent a large amount of time sitting in the last two weeks.
