Can someone get charged with making a threat and carrying it out?

I have conversations saved of a man making threats towards me telling me to watch my back and that he would beat me up etc. he ended up comign to look for me, and I have witnesses. I'm going to report it to the cops, but Iwant to know, can this guy get charged? He is 15 and I lvie in Canada
