Which of the following has the lowest freezing point?

I really don't want to do this so ill give you the gist of how to do it. Determine how many particles are in the given chemical formula and which ever one has the highest amount of particles would have the lowest freezing point (if the formula is IONIC you just add the subscripts, if the formula is COVALENT the particle count is 1.)
