When do you think iTunes will go DRM free on music videos?

Your problem is one many have, DRM limits what you can and cannot do with YOUR music. MANY people are up in arms because they buy tunes and then they can NOT use them everywhere they want to, hence, Apple's loss of revenue as people leave their proprietary hardware and software for hardware and software where they CAN do as they please. Apple has seen this handwriting on the wall and has started opening up their music, but I doubt they will open up video. There is just TOO much money at stake with royalties and such. The media market is controlled by GREED. As long as they see they can make money, they have a vested interest in locking up things so you have to pay and pay and pay. Once they start losing money, ONLY THEN will they consider opening things up in an effort to maintain market share. NOW, you KNOW, why it is I have a MP3 player, but I do not subscribe to itunes NOR do I have an ipod. I do without what itunes provides so I can have an open system, so I can move my MP3's to whatever device I have, or even to a CD to play in my car. I pay for my music, or I digitize my own CD's, which is COMPLETELY LEGAL for me to do for myself, I just can not sell or give away the files I make. My only restriction on what I buy is that I can move files from one device to ANY other at any time at my choosing, and NOT be limited by the Digital Rights Management (DRM) promoted by Apple and Microsoft.
