Is My Newborn Baby Kitten dying?

I found a newborn baby kitten yesterday, who i named Sunny Hope. We cut the cord off of her but, her mother hasn't come back in over a day. We went to the pet store to get a bottle and formula, but she didn't take it. We noticed to that she's bleeding from the backside which we found out it was feline distemper. She ped a very tiny amount which was bloody and had worms on it or very small worms. So we put her back out in the garage...we can't afford our other cat getting it. I seriously don't want her to die...but she's very sick and is meowing a lot...i don't know what to do. I have a fear that she won't make it through the night. Is this a sign that she's dying?
