Music player on my Tumblr thats not autoplay?

I have a playlist.com account but idk how to put it on Tumblr. I am completely Tumblr illiterate and I don't know what codes are and such and I don't like autoplay. Some of my friends have youtube on their blogs somehow and I want to put something like that on mine. PLEASE give a very very detailed walk through on how to get a music player because I am extremely slow..Thanks xD
