Any ideas on a company x-mas party?

I'm confused, is your question about the entertainment venue or a gift exchange? Well, I'll answer both just in case. For entertainment, so as not to offend anyone (and that is quite difficult these PC days) I would suggest Santa Clause, doing magic tricks with your exchanged gifts, that should arouse some nervous twitches if he/she switches them! (Oh.........the DRAMA!!!!) Or, for a gift exchange, do a donation card.........pick your favorite charity or environmental organization and give the gift through each other, for the world! If that offends anyone, then the people of this Earth are more mentally scarred than what I thought. Hope this helps you out today, Merry Christmas!
