How can fight for gender equality for women in the next ten years?

There are still many areas where women are seen as inferior to men, very much so still in the middle east. First we must start on our home turf and hopefully move from there. Patriarchy didn't work for anyone, and the more it dissapears, the more equality and fairness there will be, especially for women.
