Has anyone been to Alcatraz Island? I was there the year of the last big quake, and I believe it's haunted.?

You can feel the atmosphere as soon as you get off the boat. I couldn't wait to leave. My mother refused to even go there. Anyone else notice this when going to Alcatraz?
